Registered candidates can be located on the "Candidates" panel of the Task manager by clicking the "Candidates" button on the top toolbar of the Task manager.
Search panel
The "Candidates" panel includes a search panel that enables you to search all registered candidates using multiple filters.
The search panel has two modes:
Query mode: For listing all candidates that match the specified filter constraints
Fetch mode: For finding a single candidate.
Searching candidates
Choose the dates during which the candidates were registered and click on the Fetch button.
Batch size: The system loads a limited number of candidates at a time, with the amount determined by the batch size. If there are more candidates that meet your search criteria, you can click the "Fetch" button again to load additional sets of candidates. (You can adjust the batch size, which determines the number of candidates to be loaded at one time.) Once all candidates that match your search criteria have been loaded, the "Fetch" button becomes inactive.
You can display additional filter options by clicking on the "Show More" button.
Filter options
Group: Search for candidates that belong to the specified group.
Label: Search for candidates that possess the designated label.
State: Search for candidate that are at the given stage.
Rating: Search for candidates that are given the specified rating.
The default selection allows you to choose multiple groups but only a single label, stage, or rating. To enable searching for candidates based on multiple labels, change the "Select multiple" option to Labels. This will allow you to search for candidates by multiple labels, but limit your group, stage, and rating selections to one each.
Listing candidates
The candidates that match your search criteria are displayed in a list after you submit your search.
View modes
By default, the candidates are displayed in the "Simple View", but you have two additional options to choose from: Extended and Detailed views.
The simplest form of candidate information is displayed in the simple view, while the extended view provides more details and the detailed view provides the most comprehensive information about the candidates.
Progress
The Progress column displays the assessment progress of each candidate.
Unaccessed means that the candidate has not yet accessed the assessment.
If the candidate has accessed the assessment, you will see two numbers separated by a forward slash. The first number represents the number of tests the candidate has begun, while the second number is the total number of tests available for the candidate.
Assessment score
The overall assessment score for a candidate is determined by the weighted average of their scores on the various tests they have taken. The weight assigned to each test can be adjusted in the Step settings.
Displaying test scores
By selecting the appropriate tests from the toolbar, the scores of each candidate can be displayed in the candidate list.
Searching for candidates using text input
With the text search feature, you can easily search for specific candidates by their properties such as name, email, group, and more, by entering keywords into the filter input field.
