Once your task is prepared, you can commence the enrollment of candidates.
To enroll a new candidate, go to your task and select the "Register a new candidate" button located in the top toolbar.
The candidate registration panel is comprised of multiple sections, each dedicated to a specific aspect of the candidate's information.
Profile section
You can input the candidate's complete name, email address, and optionally assign them to a group.
Grouping your candidates can aid in the administration of the assessment process, particularly when there is a substantial number of candidates involved. The system offers filtering capabilities based on group selection, allowing you to easily manage multiple candidates, such as proctoring and retrieving test results.
The profile section adapts to your chosen authentication method. For instance, if you have set up your task to require credentials, the Profile section will display additional fields for entering the candidate's credentials.
Meta section
The meta section provides the option to assign additional properties to the candidate, such as labels and tags, as well as giving a star rating and adding personal notes.
Similar to groups, labels and tags can be utilized to provide a more refined categorization of your candidates, which can make the administration and analysis of test results more efficient.
Availability section
The availability section allows you to customize the candidate's access to the task and also provides the option to manually end the assessment process.
Active: Grant or revoke access for this individual candidate.
Start date: Establish the date from which the candidate will be granted access to the task.
End date: Determine the date until which the candidate will be able to access the task.
Overwrite Task's access dates: By default, both the task's and candidate's availability dates must be considered for access to the task. However, it is possible to set up an exception for a specific candidate, where the task's availability dates are disregarded.
Assessment process: Even after a candidate has accessed the task, you can manually terminate the assessment process by marking it as closed.
