Your data is kept confidential and secure, in compliance with GDPR regulations. It is stored on Google Cloud, a highly secure platform, and all communication between clients and backend services is encrypted for added security.
Since its inception, TestInvite has been a cloud-native web application, indicating that all infrastructure, services, servers, data centers, and more are powered by the cloud.
As a cloud-native platform, we offer a significantly higher level of security compared to traditional on-premise infrastructure services, among many other advantages.
Google Cloud serves as our primary (and exclusive) cloud provider. We have selected Google primarily due to its commitment to data security and its exceptional track record in data management. The Google Cloud platform is widely recognized as one of the most secure environments for storing and processing data, if not the most secure.
Google's cloud services are designed to deliver better security than many on-premises approaches because they prioritize security in their operations, serving billions of users worldwide.
Security drives our organizational structure, culture, training priorities, and hiring processes. It shapes the design of our data centers and the technology that they house. It's central to our everyday operations and to disaster planning, including how we address threats. It's prioritized in the way we handle customer data, our account controls, our compliance audits, and our certifications.
Please refer to Google's security overview whitepaper to understand why Google is one of the most secure places to store data.
Please refer to Google infrastructure security design overview to learn more about how security is designed into Google's technical infrastructure
As a direct customer of Google, the following documents govern the relationship between TestInvite and Google, ensuring the security of data stored and processed in Google Cloud.
7.1.1. Google’s Security Measures. Google will implement and maintain technical, organizational, and physical measures to protect Customer Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access as described in Appendix 2 (Security Measures) (the “Security Measures”). The Security Measures include measures to encrypt Customer Data; to help ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of Google’s systems and services; to help restore timely access to Customer Data following an incident; and for regular testing of effectiveness. Google may update the Security Measures from time to time provided that such updates do not result in a material reduction of the security of the Services.
Please consult sections 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 of the Cloud Data Processing Addendum for further assurances.
Please consult Appendix 2: Security Measures for details on the security measures implemented and upheld by Google.
