Testinvite offers the option to record and review biometric information such as webcam photos and recordings during testing. This data can be analyzed using AI-powered algorithms to detect potential cheating or suspicious activity. The recorded materials are stored in Google's Cloud Storage services located in the United States, and customers have the option to delete them. Testinvite solely utilizes the biometric information for activities enabled in the test configuration and doesn't use it for model training. Pre-trained machine learning models are used for processing biometric information, and Testinvite does not provide data for training internal models.

The retention period for recorded proctoring material is a minimum of one year, but customers can manually delete recordings. Biometric information is securely stored on servers hosted by Google in the United States. Testinvite enables customers to create customized consent forms for test-takers to review and accept before starting an exam, allowing them to obtain consent for specific activities such as recording biometric information or using AI-powered proctoring algorithms.

Testinvite has been successfully utilized for over 3 years by thousands of clients across more than 80 countries, providing high-quality service with an uptime of over 99.9%. Currently, Testinvite is on version 8.5.14 and is highly stable. While already fully functional, we are committed to continuous improvement by adding new features, enhancing existing ones, and updating the user interface for an improved experience.

To determine which features to add and which parts of the solution to enhance, we regularly evaluate our systems and identify areas for improvement. We also gather suggestions and ideas from our paying customers, categorize these requests, and provide feedback regarding their implementation status. This process ensures that we prioritize features based on user needs and the potential for enhancing the overall user experience.

Testinvite offers custom development services, and customers can discuss their needs with their sales representative. Features are developed based on their potential value to the product. Customers can sponsor development if they require a feature to be implemented sooner. Testinvite exclusively considers requests that bring significant value to the product. All integrated features are accessible to all Testinvite users.

The cost of development depends on various factors, including the importance of the components and anticipated value. Hourly rates decrease in proportion to the expected value. The custom development process involves reaching out to the sales representative, discussing the idea, estimating costs and delivery time, payment, and scheduling development. Delivery dates aim for accuracy, but unforeseen obstacles may arise. Modifications to requests after payment may not be possible.

Further improvements after development require initiating a new custom development process. Full payment is required before development begins, and refunds are not available for custom development services.

                Here's the step-by-step procedure:

                1. Reach out to your sales representative and discuss your development idea.
                  1. The sales representative will relay your request to the internal team for consideration.
                    1. A meeting will be scheduled between you and the technical team to ensure all details are comprehended and communicated.
                      1. The sales representative will give you a cost estimate and an approximate delivery time-frame, but no specific date of delivery will be provided.
                        1. Once payment is received, the development process will be scheduled, including both the expected start and completion dates. The development will be delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule.
